When we created Affectus, we knew that the heart of our product had to be the apple. But not just any apple — we wanted the fruit in its purest, most vibrant, most authentic state.
Armamar is the obvious choice in the Douro region, where apples grow on the mountain slopes at higher altitudes. These unique conditions — with greater sun exposure and cooler nights — result in apples that are more aromatic, firmer and naturally balanced in acidity and sweetness.
